Grassroots Recovery Outpatient is a small nonprofit organization rooted in Lancaster, dedicated to empowering community members in addiction recovery. Opening in January 2026, we provide intensive outpatient and step-down therapy to support individuals transitioning to sobriety. Our holistic approach integrates group and individual therapy with practical life skills training, including guidance on personal documentation, resume building, and financial management. We are committed to fostering independence, autonomy, and long-term success by equipping clients with the tools to overcome obstacles and access essential resources.

Grassroots Recovery Outpatient seeks donations to launch and sustain our vital services, set to begin in January 2026.
